Partner Letter October 2011

Dear Partner

In the last few years we have seen such turmoil in the world; natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, etc.  The newspapers seem to have been full of crime reports, family crises with divorces and family murders, horrific reports of war and the tremendous financial meltdown with multitudes having lost their houses due to ridiculous levels of debt.  If all we had to listen to was the world and the reports of man one would think that all hope has been lost.

These things ought not to surprise us.  The Word of God tells us that as the time of the end of this dispensation draws near there would be an increase of these things (Matthew 24:6-7).  They are a result of the curse and the lawlessness of man. These things will continue to abound because of man's sin and the rejection of God.  HOWEVER, the Word of God tells us in Romans 5:20,

…where sin abounded, grace abounded much more.

Because of His grace, you and I have been saved.  And when we received Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we not only received eternal life in heaven, we received His life here and now.  Jesus said in John 10:10,

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Jesus has come to redeem us from the curse and in turn has given us access to The Blessing (Galatians 3:13-14). No matter what the enemy does to try and bring fear to us we must remember 2 Timothy 1:7,

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

God loves us so much!  When we were born again He gave us the Holy Spirit to fill us, teach us, guide us, help us and to empower us. In the midst of all the negativity around us, it is our responsibility to renew our minds on a daily basis.

The strategy of the enemy has not changed since he challenged Eve in the Garden of Eden, "Did God really say...?" (Genesis 3:1). It is easy in the midst of problems and turmoil to wonder if the promises of God are still true. When we are attacked in this way by the enemy, we MUST respond the way Jesus did, "IT IS WRITTEN!" (Luke 4:4, 8 & 12)

The only way to be able to do this is to read His Word every day so that we may know His will and desire.  His promises are Yes and Amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). He watches over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12).

There are basic principles in the Kingdom of God that ensure that we always walk in victory; spend time in His presence, read His Word, pray in the Spirit, walk in love, forgive, honour His tithe, give, speak His Word with confidence and boldness.  By no means is this comprehensive, however when we uphold these key elements we see tremendous results.

It is not our works that impress God, however when we neglect these principles from God’s Word it gives satan an opportunity to bring fear against us.  By upholding the principles taught to us by the Word of God we are positioned so that the lies and deception of the enemy no longer can influence us and the fullness of The Blessing is able to manifest.

This is your day of VICTORY! Believe it! Receive it!

We pray for you every day and agree with you that every seed that you have ever sown produces the harvest it was designed to do!  As you sow your seed this month (and in the future), make this your decree, "This is my seed of victory. I believe it. I receive it!"

Now go ahead and rejoice. Confusion is defeated and you walk in victory!

We love you!

Jesus is Lord,
